distributed by means of bulk mail to any other party.

Service will be returned to submitter if included a SAE, only. Return mail address's will be promptly discarded.
Email address of submitters are requested in order to keep party aware of changes or removals of their work.
Personal photographs, must be tasteful. Cowboys ~n~ Cowgirls A Place in the Heart, retains the right to refuse
publication of any work, or photography per our discretion. Pursuant to our continued efforts to maintain a high
standard of integrity in regards to Children and or Family Viewers.
Names, and or, ID's, will not be posted with any photograph. Posting information will consist of Locations by
State, or Country only.
Under no certain terms will submissions of any type, or award applications accepted by minors under the age of
14 without the consent of legal guardian or parent. All application or submission requests of children and or
parent or guardian will be verified to the best of our ability though means of email, and telephone.
Photographs of children may not be submitted without Adult parent or legal guardian's verified consent of any
child under the age of 17.
