First off, we at CnC do not send out "ANY" unsolicited emails of any kind "EVER"! Most especially
not any kind of Spam!! We sent out a news letter to only those who have subscribed, we send out club
news to only members of the club! Any other emails are a result of responding to emails we have
received by viewers that request information, or have questions. That and our Authors and
Entertainers. We consider Spammers to be Criminals. The same as Rustlers!
And with emotions running high, feel they deserve the same "Justice!
Though we have the rope, and can find a good tree, "they" however are a bit more difficult to "bring
in"!.
Why?.. Rustlers "steal". And Spammers are doing just that!
Spammers know you do not want to hear from them, and still, they persist.
Laws have been put into effect, and still they persist! But now, they do more, they
Steal other peoples email addresses. They send off garbage emails with a stolen email address in the
"From" line!! They take a good safe domain name, and use that domains email accounts to send out
the garbage, "Now" there are 2 victims of their criminal ways! They disguise the subject lines. I could
go on, but if you are here, you , already know about it.
They steal your time, your space, and more.
They are uninvited, and worse, they do not care.
It is along the same lines of , if the front door to your house is closed, they just walk on in! No knock,
no asking permission, they just walk in and try to take over, help themselves.
They do not care that what ever product they want you to buy from them, people go looking for , if
they want it.
Or, the ones that send out offensive material to get you to go to their unwanted web sites.
Why Criminals? They try and disguise the subject of the emails,
They ignore web site guest books and or forums that say "Family Safe"
They ignore, posts of "No Spamming"
They infiltrate us everywhere. They are like bugs, roaches, with pest control having little to no effect.
Because they now use an image of the words they want you to see, a .jpg or other image file, so your
filters can not see the words. Or they break up words with characters, so your filters won't pick it up.
Why? Only a Criminal would enter without permission, break the locks on your doors!!
One way we are going try and combat this is, by listing ISP Servors that support Spammers and Adult
content web sites of Spammers. These ISP's will be listed after complaints of abuse, and they still
allow the users to continue with their criminal activities.
We will not post the sites that are in violation, as they for the most part are crude, very offensive, and
we do not wish to promote them in anyway.
ISP's, are internet service providers. The provide the abuser access to the internet
They "Host" the web pages of these offenders.
When the ISP, or Web Host ignores complaints of offensive behaviors, they become part of the
problem.
So they will be listed here, as reported and found to be in non compliance with common courtesy and
responsible action to the majority of the public and internet safety , rules and regulations.
How can you help, Do not USE them as your service provider. Do NOT go to ANY web site hosted by
them. By not using them as your provider they are loosing money. By not going to "any" web site
they host, the legit web site owners will take their business to another company, again the ISP looses
money.
That is the only language they understand. "MONEY"
